Jonathan Hardie is one of the two Founding Partners of IKS. His background and experience is in asset and development management across all property uses but predominantly heavy lifting complicated assets in the London office market. Jonathan has over 30 years experience in the asset management and development fields of the UK real estate industry working in private equity and for property companies including EQT (2015 to 2017), Wainbridge Limited (2012 to 2015),Westbrook Partners for 8 years (2004-2012), Haslemere Estates for 11 years (1993-2004) and MEPC for 7 years (1986-1993). Mr Hardie has a BSc in Land Administration from the University of East London.
Outside IKS, Jonathan is Chair of Trustees for Autism Hampshire.

Richard Myers is one of the two Founding Partners of IKS Advisers. Richard previously founded Sovereign Partners in 2009 which undertook transactions in excess of £200 million in property, back up power generation, solar and wind assets. Prior to forming Sovereign he was Development Director at Terrace Hill Group Plc responsible for development and asset management opportunities in the office and industrial sectors across the UK. He joined Terrace Hill having spent six years at Quintain Estates and Development Plc and Guardian Properties. Richard begun his career at Weatherall Green & Smith (now BNP Paribas) in 1993 and qualified in their City Office. Richard has a Joint Hons degree from Birmingham University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Outside IKS, Richard advises as a NED to the LDF Finance Board, Member of the LDF Property Board and Board Trustee to Innovista International.
